Applewood Estate Holiday Feast

Last week, the boys up in Applewood, with assistance from a cast of many, threw a holiday feast. There was plenty of food to feast on but the most important thing was sharing a meal in the company of friends. Oh, who the hell am I kidding - I was there for the turkey!

Neil and Stacy work on prepping the potatoes.

Neil checks on the turkey - gotta make sure that bad boy is cooked to 161°!

Broccoli and red peppers sauteed with garlic.

Skillet-smashed potatoes.

Cranberry sauce, craftily prepared by Courtney.

Corn that was lovingly prepared by Jeremy. The process entailed opening a few cans, putting the corn into a bowl, and putting it into the microwave.

The turkey’s done and ready to be carved.

What the turkey looks like when it’s taken off the bones.

The entire feast.
