Aaron sent out another reminder email this past weekend:

People are starting to ask me about bringing things. First things first, nobody is required to bring anything. Feel free to just bring yourselves and have a good time.

That being said if you have any outdoor games or activities (frisbees, balls, whatever) you want to bring, please do so! We might have as many as 40 people this year, so there will plenty of people with many different interests. We can never have too many options for things to do.

Lastly, is food. We will be providing the main entrees, as well as plenty of beer (and some wine and liquor). If you would like to bring any food, the following categories are open: Appetizers/Munchies, Desserts, Side Dishes, and non-alcoholic beverages. If you are bringing something, please email me to let me know what it is. If we’re going to end up with 35 bags of potato chips we at least want to know beforehand so we can buy some more serving bowls
