Post-Training Runs Food & Drinks
Ran a five-mile race as a time trial to see where my fitness was at and… it was not good. Then followed it up the next day with one of my better long runs (17 miles) in some time so I have no idea where I’m at.

Week 7 of #windycityruniii training, where things DEFINITELY picked up - 51+ miles in total with an 11, 8 + 8x100, and 18 weekend to round out the week. Naturally, I rewarded myself these past three days with food and drink.
