On the eve of the New York City Marathon | @nycmarathon, let’s take a look back at #windycityruniii.

#FlashbackFriday to when I waited nervously for the start of the 2016 #ChicagoMarathon back in October.

I normally don’t bother getting my medal engraved but I wanted this PR etched for posterity.

A 3:56:16 finish (besting the old PR by over 17 minutes!) means I've earned this IPA.

Made it to the expo! Don't even need a shakeout run thanks to all the walking I've done since I've come inside!
