Lou Seal is a wonderful mascot and it was a fun time celebrating his induction into the Mascot Hall of Fame.

That said? Mr. Met is the best mascot.

Came to Oracle Park to see the New York Mets take on the San Francisco Giants and got to see a Polar Bear soar for a game-saving catch to end the game.

Citi Field rafters: I got 5 on it 🎶

Homestand number six on the season started out well enough with the Mets sweeping the Nats, of which I was in attendance for two of the three wins. The rest of the six-game homestand with three against the Rays? The less said, the better.

The fifth homestand of the season saw the Mets go back to their winning ways, winning all four games I was in attendance for, bringing me to 12-3 at Citi Field for the season. Sure, it helped that three of the games were against the Chicago White Sox and the Colorado Rockies but that other one? That would be against the defending World Series Champion Los Angeles Dodgers!

Fourth homestand of the season finally saw me see more losses than wins (1-2) but I got to split an entire bottle of wine, eat Shake Shack, and pick up some souvenir cups so it wasn’t all bad. For the season, I’m 8-3 at Citi Field.

I may have finally seen the Mets lose a game at Citi Field this season but check out this view I had of it!

Four games over five days in Flushing, watching the Mets beat the Cardinals three times on their way to a four-game sweep, followed by a victory over the Phillies on their way to another sweep, making for a perfect 7-0 homestand.

Nothing quite like Mets Opening Day at Citi Field, made all the more better with a 5-0 win where the top four in the order - Francisco Lindor, Juan Soto, Pete Alonso, Brandon Nimmo - all contributed in their two run-scoring rallies.

If it’s Saturday and the Mets are home, you’ll find me at… London Stadium!? Don’t worry, no matter what side of the pond, tradition held and I witnessed yet another Saturday loss.

Finally, a win!

Seriously, just one of these times, I’d like to see a win. #lgm

One of these times, I’d like to see the New York Mets | @mets win when I’m at Citi Field | @citifield but, for now, I’ll settle for eating and drinking my way through the joint.
