I couldn't tolerate another long run of eight-plus loops of Astoria Park, so, over the 59th St Bridge and into Central Park I went to run 16 miles this morning.

The Chris Kronner | @kronnerc burger with bone marrow. Worth the long wait? Nothing is. But is it good? Definitely.

Nothing quite like starting the day off with a 6 am 10-mile run.

This was a rough 15-mile long run. Got caught in the rain but what does it matter when the shirt is already drenched in sweat anyway? 10 weeks til Chicago! 14 weeks til NYC!

Here's something you don't see every day - at least not since the 1980s - an N train running on the Queens Blvd line!

I interpreted this as "Finish! Finish! Finish!" 15-mile long run in the books. 15 weeks until New York Road Runners | @nyrr NYC Marathon | @nycmarathon!

Tough getting up at 6 am to run an 8-miler before work but had to get one last outdoors run in before the heat dome descends upon NYC.

Loving the new staggered starts even in a smaller field limited to @nyrr members. A scorcher with a 9 am start but managed to squeak out a sub-8'30" pace.
