By all accounts, Stan the Man was without animus towards anyone but I don't know if he'd feel this way.

Carbo loading the only way I know how - with a bowl of chicken paitan ramen.

Made it to the expo! Don't even need a shakeout run thanks to all the walking I've done since I've come inside!

So this is the year, maybe?

I was told there was actually a double rainbow sighting today. Or perhaps that person was drunk. Who knows.

A rough long run this morning but at least there's the view.
