5/365 The new New York Road Runners | @nyrr Run Center is amazing. I'll always have a soft spot for the townhouse on W 77 St but they'd definitely outgrown that space long ago. (I definitely won't miss the face plant-inducing first step in the stairwell of the old location!)

3/365 The front reception hall of the Farley Post Office. I'm not certain but I believe this will stay intact even with the Moynihan Station being built in this building.

The new Second Avenue Subway stations have some pretty neat art installations.

The soy ramen at Meijin | @meijinramenofficial on the UES. They use a beef bone broth instead of the more popular pork variety. It's definitely beefy (amped up by the thin slices of beef) and a solid bowl but lacking the richness you get from pork bones.

Not only do they make incredible donuts but Federal Donuts & Chicken | @federaldonuts' fried chicken (za'atar flavored in this instance) is also awesome.

The Cinnamon Brown Sugar donut from Federal Donuts & Chicken | @federaldonuts. When fresh from the fryer, it's hot and just melts in the mouth.

Nice, easy five-miler today along the Schuylkill River this morning.
