Week 6 of #windycityruniii training wasn’t nearly as bad as the preceding ones in NYC - not nearly as hot and humid but also a rest week so not nearly as many miles. Things’ll pick up this week but, in the meantime, I refueled with food from Burger Joint | @burgerjointnyc, taïm | @eat_taim, Season 三喜酒家, and @macnikal.

Sri Chinmoy Half Marathon

Week 5 of the #windycityruniii training block in the books and, man, was it a hot one. Midweek speed work turned into just another general aerobic run with Sunday’s 16-mile workout with 10 at marathon-pace meant to make up for it.
