#FlashbackFriday to when I waited nervously for the start of the 2016 #ChicagoMarathon back in October.

Missed out on their pop up in NYC but got the Au Cheval burger straight from the source!

How does one celebrate a marathon PR? With a 22oz 55-day dry-aged ribeye, of course.

I normally don’t bother getting my medal engraved but I wanted this PR etched for posterity.

A 3:56:16 finish (besting the old PR by over 17 minutes!) means I've earned this IPA.

By all accounts, Stan the Man was without animus towards anyone but I don't know if he'd feel this way.
